(SOFIAC) closed its financing package thanks to investments of up to $200 million by the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) and Fiera Private Debt. Fiera Capital Corporation and Natixis Investment Managers announced they have entered into a long-term strategic partnership that will establish Fiera Capital as Natixis’ preferred Canadian distribution platform, giving Fiera Capital’s clients access to Natixis’ wide range of highly active investment strategies.

Transaction complements existing suite of private alternative investment strategies, adding over $3 billion in AUM and committed capital.
